1.My order will not process and I know I have available funds on my credit /debit card?

It is possible that you are providing the wrong addresses for the billing address.You also have the option of paying via Paypal .

2.How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped,we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

3.Do I do local delivery ?

Yes! Email me at infojlykeys@gmail.com with confirmation .We can schedule a time and place to meet . Local Delivery $3 Fee

5.What is your refunds policy?

No Refunds No Exceptions

6.What is the return policy and process?

Customers must email infojlykeys@gmail.com to advise us of intent to return an item for exchange or merchandise credit with 5 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all return.Shipping cost are non-refundable. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear (smoke,washed,..)we reserve the right to not accept your return.Upon retrieval of your package if in good condition,your return for store credit or exchange  will be processed in 3-5 business days.You will be notified via email once your return has processed.
